Who Owns Street Art?

(click photo for larger image)When famous street artist Banksy “tags a work of art on a slab of concrete or a street corner, he means for it to stay there. That’s not always the case though, because technically, he has no control over what happens to it.” Then we hear that Banksy works sell for over a million bucks. So...we wonder...who owns street art?
